Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: No. We are an eCommerce company and have relationships that give us access to a variety of products from a large selection of manufactures. The equates to over 400,000 products at very competitive pricing.
Q: How long does it take to receive my products?
A: Generally, most small items are shipped the same day and received the next business day. Items requiring freight shipment may take slightly longer depending on the items.
Q: Do you have clearance items?
A: From time to time our manufacturers and Distributors offer specials we pass on to our customers.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, walk-ins are always welcome. However, we do get busy and customers with an appointment do take priority over walk-ins. If you want to secure a specific time, we highly suggest you register through our website. It’s simple and only takes a minute. We start accepting applicants at 10am and stop at 5:00pm.
Q: Is it okay if I’m a few minutes late?
A: Sure, it’s no problem at all. However, you may have to wait a few minutes if there is a walk-in or scheduled appointment customer ahead of you at that point.
Q: Do I need to wash my hands?
A: Only if they are visibly dirty. Your hands should be clean and free of any visible dirt prior to arrival. However, it’s not necessary to do any other preparation.
Q: Do you have a public restroom?
A: There is a public restroom on the floor close to our office.
Q: What is an OCA number?
A: The OCA number is the numeric designation for the entities requesting prints (ie employers). It is only applicable to AHCA, DCF, and Medicaid applicants. In the case of AHCA and DCF, it is their agency assigned number (not the license number). In the case of Medicare applicants, it is their Medicaid number. This allows the regulatory agency to see specifically which entity is requesting the applicant’s fingerprint background.
Q: Where do I find the ORI and OCA numbers?
A: Your employer or regulatory agency will have this information. There are literally hundreds of ORI and OCA numbers, so we cannot be responsible for selecting the correct one for you. Many of them can be found online though. AHCA applicants can find the appropriate OCA number (aka AHCA number) at by clicking here.

Q: How long does it take to get the results?
A: Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for the FDLE to route the results to your regulatory agency, and subsequently, to your employer.
Q: How do I get my results?
A: Only your employer or requesting Agency has access to your results. Our role is scan your hands and submit them to the state for processing, never knowing what the outcome of the background check. Q: What is my employer doesn’t see the results show up in their system?
A: As stated above, we only scan and submit your fingerprints for processing Your employer or regulatory agency should call the Florida Department of Law Enforcement at 850-410-8161 to inquire using the supplied transaction number (TCN) on your receipt from us.
Q: Can you submit electronic prints to another state?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot. The ability to transmit and successfully process electronic fingerprints to a government entity requires individualized contracts and very specific software requirements, which vary from state to state. We can place your prints on a FD form 258 (FBI) for submission.
Q: Do you capture prints on paper cards?
A: We can digitally capture your prints and print them on the FD form 258 (FBI) for you.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, business checks, Visa, Mastercard, cashier’s checks, and money orders. We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.

Q: What is a notarial act? Does my document need specific notary language?
A: Most documents presented to a notary public already have a notary section with wording that makes it clear to the notary which notarial act is required. The two most common acts that a notary public performs are oaths and acknowledgements. If you submit a document to us for notarization without proper notarial language, your online notary is going to ask you which notarial act you want to perform. If you do not know, the notary cannot make the choice for you, but we help you research your options on the Internet.
